At AllexaTV, we provide a fast, reliable IPTV experience and ensure every user receives working access.
Because IPTV credentials activate instantly and are tied to servers, refunds follow strict guidelines.

 


 

1. Free Trial First

Every user is encouraged to test the service using our Free Trial before purchasing.

If the trial works on your device, the paid subscription will also work.

 


 

2. Refunds Are Granted Only If:

You may qualify for a refund only if:

  • Your trial worked, but the paid line fails
  • Our team is unable to fix the issue within 24 hours

Refunds are not issued in cases of:

  • Device incompatibility
  • Slow internet connection
  • Customer changing their mind
  • Third-party app problems (Smarters, TiviMate, etc.)
  • Misuse, reselling, or sharing the account

 

3. Chargebacks

Any PayPal or bank chargeback will automatically result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Blacklisting from all future services

We always resolve issues — reach out to support first.

 


 

4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
